About The School - Sindhi High School, Kumara Krupa Road
June 7, 1982, Sindhi Seva Samiti English School, sponsored by Sindhi Seva Samiti on Kumara Krupa Road was dedicated to the citizens of Bangalore. The Sindhi Seva Samiti is an association of about 320 philanthropic Sindhi businessmen and was set up in 1956. The Samiti is now running three institutions, Sindhi High School on Kumara Krupa Road, Sindhi High School and Sindhi College in Hebbal with a total student of strength of 3500 from Nursery to Graduation.
Sindhi High School on Kumara Krupa Road was stated in the year 1982, Sindhi College in 1994. The Sindhi High School and Sindhi College at Hebbal, was inaugurated by Sri. L.K. Advani, the then Deputy Prime Minister of India.
From a small beginning, the school has reached great heights covering all important milestones. This well known school provides quality education without accepting donations. All the institutions are constructed from the donations received from the members of the Samiti. Free ships are awarded to the deserving students, identifying with the ideology of Sindhi Seva Samiti – Service to Society.
Today Sindhi High School on Kumara Krupa Road boats of 1500 students. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. This temple of learning is currently guided by Sri Prakash F Madhwani – President, Sri Biharilal H. Menda – Chairman and his team of bearers and Mrs. Mahalakshmi Vijaychand, principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Sindhi Group of Educational Institutions. The school is headed by Mrs. Maitreyi Satyadev _ Principal, Ms. Vimala Mallappa – Vice Principal and brilliant Staff to assist and guide the children,

Academics: the school secured cent percent results in Class X – CBSE Board Examination – March 2008.
Ashrith S Harith topped the school with an aggregate of 94.8%. He was honored for securing 100% in Sanskrit by the Bangalore Sahadaya School Complex. The details of the results are shown below.

Common sets of questions papers for I preliminary for class X was set by Staff of both the Schools.
The school was also centre for 400 students for AIEE 2008 on 27th May 2008, conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.
The academic performance of the students is assessed in a wide variety of ways. The annual exam for class X commenced on 07.02.2008 and for class Vi-VIII on 19.03.2008. Pre primary and primary sections uses a number of tools to assess each individually on reading, writing and conversational skill.
