Duly filled in forms to be submitted within 3 days along with:
a) The Photocopy (Xerox) of Birth Certificate Issued by the Municipal / Corporation.{Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted}
b) Photocopy of Address Proof -along with its original for verification purpose.
c) Alumini to attach a supporting document. (Xerox copy of any one- Marks Card / T.C / Study certificate)
d) Caste Certificate (if desired) - Photocopy of caste certificate along with original for verification.

For Address Proof the photocopy (Xerox) of Any 1 (One) of the following:
Recent Voter I.D card,
Valid Passport,
Ration card,
Electricity bill-Not prior to 6 (six) Months and latest bill,
Telephone bill –(B.S.N.L only) –not prior to 6(six) months and latest bill,
Rental agreement,
Bank statement ,
Driving License.

Duly filled in Admission forms to be submitted within 3 days (compulsorily)along with:
a) The Original Birth Certificate Issued by the Municipal / Corporation. {Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted}
b) 1 coloured recent passport size photograph of the child with name & registration no. written behind the photo.
c) Xerox copy of fee paid receipt.
d) Annual fee {Refundable +Tuition Fee} should be paid in full by cheque or D.D. drawn in favour of ‘Sindhi High School’. Kindly collect the Admit Card after submission of Admission Form.
